REXOR CLOSER Version française Talk to the closerTry it

The AI appointment setter that qualifies first, then gets the visit booked.

Anyone can send a booking link. The hard part is getting the right people to use it: the ones with a real project, a real budget and a reason to show up. Rexor Closer is an AI appointment setter that sells the appointment before it sends the link. It answers, asks your qualifying questions, handles objections, then sends your Calendly, Cal.com or own booking link. In writing, on your website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and email. No phone calls. We build it into your business and run it.

Do you do backyard redesigns? Patio and planting. What does it cost?

Hi, I'm Brennox Landscapes' AI sales agent. Yes. Most patio and planting projects we build land between $18,000 and $45,000. Roughly how big is the yard?

About 40 by 60. Budget's closer to $15k.

That works for a patio with planting on one side. The next step is a free design consultation at your home. Want the link to pick a time?

Hi, I'm Rexor Closer, an advanced AI built to sell. I can tell you what I do, what I'd cost you and whether I'm right for your business. First, what do you sell?

Never share card details in a chat. Payments only go through a secure checkout link.

Booking the call is the easy part. Selling it is the job.

A booking link on its own waits. It can't answer “how much does it cost?”, can't tell a $2,000 project from a $40,000 one, and can't talk someone through “I'm not sure we're ready.” So your calendar fills with tire-kickers, or doesn't fill at all.

Your closer does the part in between. The way a good appointment setter would:

03Can't answer “is it worth it?”Handles objections with your arguments, and shows your photos and videos.
04Sends everyone to the same page.Sends the right link for the right meeting: a call, a visit, a tour.
05Forgets the prospect who didn't book.Follows up once, 24 hours later, by email or Telegram. Never after a clear no.

What it asks before it sends your link.

You decide what “qualified” means. At setup, you give us your questions and your rules. Your closer asks them in a natural conversation, one at a time, in the prospect's own language.

  • What they need. A redesign or a repair? A full kitchen or a refresh? A wedding for 80 or for 200?
  • Where. Inside your service area, or not.
  • When. This month, this season, next year.
  • Budget. If you want it asked, and how you want it asked.
  • Who decides. If you want both partners at the visit, it lets them know.

When someone fits, it sends your booking link. When someone doesn't, it follows your rule: it suggests the offer that fits better, or hands them to your team. It never sends a link you told it to hold back.

Calendly, Cal.com or your own booking page.

Your closer sends the booking link you already use. Nothing to switch.

  • Calendly: each meeting type has its own scheduling link. Give us one per meeting, and your closer sends the right one.
  • Cal.com: each meeting type has its own link too, in the form cal.com/your-name/meeting.
  • Your own booking page: any link works, from your website or another booking tool.

On Starter and Growth, your closer sends the link and the prospect picks a time on your page. It doesn't see your calendar, so it never guesses what's free. On Scale, we can connect it to your calendar as part of your quote.

Speed to lead, without the stopwatch.

Speed to lead is the time between a prospect reaching out and your business answering with something useful. Sales teams track it for a simple reason: interest cools while people wait.

We won't sell you a response time. Here's what changes instead:

  • No inquiry waits for opening hours. Your closer works every hour of the week: nights, weekends, holidays.
  • The first reply is a real one. An answer to their question, then the question that moves the sale forward. Not “thanks, we'll be in touch.”
  • The booking link goes out in that same conversation, as soon as the prospect fits and wants it.
  • You see all of it. An email alert when someone asks for a person, and every booking link sent in your Monday report.

No phone calls. On purpose.

Your closer sells in writing: chat and messages. It doesn't answer your phone and it doesn't call anyone. If most of your leads phone you, an answering service will fit you better. If they write, through your website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, this is built for them.

It also never messages someone who hasn't written to you first. No cold outreach, no lists. Everything it does.

Say you design and build backyards. A homeowner writes to you on WhatsApp on a Sunday night.

Hi, do you do backyard redesigns? We want a patio and some planting. What does it cost?

  • Sunday night. The office opens Monday at 8.

Hi, I'm Brennox Landscapes' AI sales agent.1 Yes, full backyard designs are what we do. Most patio and planting projects we build land between $18,000 and $45,000, depending on size and materials.2 Roughly how big is the yard, and which town are you in?3

  • 1It says it's an AI, in its first reply.
  • 2The range the owner confirmed at setup.
  • 3The owner's first two qualifying questions: size and service area.

About 40 by 60, in Littleton. Budget was more like $15k though.

9:17 PM

Littleton is in our area.4 At $15,000, a patio with planting along one side usually fits, and the designer can plan the rest as phase two.5 Here's a patio we built on a yard that size:Photo Flagstone patio with side planting, 40 by 60 yardWhen were you hoping to start?

  • 4Inside the service area: it keeps going. Outside, it would have followed the owner's rule.
  • 5It answers the budget with the owner's own option. It never invents a discount.

9:19 PM

Spring, ideally.

9:20 PM

Spring works. The next step is a free 45-minute design consultation at your home, where the designer measures and shows you options at your budget.6 Here's the link to pick a time:

AI appointment setter questions.

Anything else: ask the closer above, any time, or write to contact@rexorgroup.com.

Does it see my calendar?

On Starter and Growth, no. It sends your booking link, and the prospect picks a time on your page. On Scale, we can connect your calendar as part of your quote.

Can it handle several kinds of appointments?

Yes. Give it one link per meeting: a call, a site visit, a showroom tour. It sends the one that fits what the prospect asked for.

Does it send reminders?

No. It sells the appointment and sends your link. Reminders, if you use them, stay with your scheduling tool.

Can it take a deposit before the visit?

Yes, if that's how you sell. It sends your own payment link, and with Stripe it confirms the payment automatically. Other providers on request.

Will it cut my no-shows?

We can't promise that, and we won't. What it does: it only sends your link to people who fit your rules, after a real conversation about their project.

Does it work for my trade?

If your sale starts with a message and goes through a call, a visit or a tour, yes. See how it sells for pool builders, wedding venues, remodelers and solar installers.

Will prospects know it's an AI?

Yes. It says so when the conversation starts, and again whenever someone asks.

Your next appointment is already writing to you.

Tell the closer what you sell and how people book with you today. Then decide.
