Live chat service, chatbot or AI closer. What each costs, and who does the selling.
There are three common ways to answer the people who contact your business. Here are the prices each one publishes, read on October 17, 2026, and a plain view of when each is the right choice, including when it is not us.
The three options, side by side.
What changes from one to the other is less the price than who does the work: building, selling, and keeping your facts right.
| Question | Self-serve chatbot tool | Human live chat service | Rexor Closer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who talks to your prospects | An AI you build and train | Trained people, from your script | An AI closer we set up and run, from facts you approved |
| What it does with a question | Answers it | Answers it, from the script | Answers it, then asks the next question that moves the sale forward |
| Objections | What you wrote for it | What the script says | Answers with your approved facts, and asks what is holding them back |
| A prospect goes quiet | If you build a follow-up | Depends on the service | On Growth, one follow-up 24 hours later, by email or Telegram |
| Who sets it up and keeps it right | You do | They do, from your script | We do, and you approve every fact |
| Channels | Website chat, and others if you connect them | Mostly website chat | Website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, direct link and QR code |
| Phone calls | Rarely | Offered by some, as a separate plan | No |

What 300 conversations a month cost.

Which one fits you.
A self-serve chatbot
If you, or someone on your team, has the time to build it, write its answers, connect your channels and keep your prices up to date. It is the cheapest option in money.
A human live chat service
If every inquiry needs human judgment, or if you need your phone answered: Rexor Closer does not take calls. At low volumes, its entry plan can cost less than ours: Smith.ai's is $140 for 20 chats.
Rexor Closer
If you want each prospect taken through a real sales conversation on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram and email, with only the facts you approved, up to your own booking or payment link. We set it up and keep it right, and it learns every week with your approval.
Other companies also sell AI agents they set up for you. The five offers we read publish entry prices from $297 to $500 a month, with setup fees from $0 to $1,497 (read on October 17, 2026). Before you choose one, check which channels are included, who writes and approves its facts, and whether it says it is an AI.
Compare it yourself. Ask it anything.
The closer below sells Rexor Closer, with our real prices and limits. Ask it the hard questions: why it costs more than a chatbot tool, what it will not do, and when another option suits you better.
Never share card details in a chat. Payments only go through a secure checkout link.
Comparison questions, answered plainly.
Anything else: ask the closer above, or write to contact@rexorgroup.com. A person answers, usually within one business day.
Is an AI sales agent cheaper than a human live chat service?
Per conversation, usually yes: published prices for human live chat run about $5 to $14 per chat, and Rexor Closer Starter comes to roughly $1 per conversation, plus $297 setup. At very low volumes, a human service's entry plan can cost less. People also bring a judgment an AI does not have.
Why not build my own chatbot?
You can, and the tools cost less. What you pay with is your time: writing the answers and the objection handling, connecting WhatsApp and your other channels, testing, and keeping your prices right. With Rexor Closer we do that work, and you approve every fact.
Does Rexor Closer answer phone calls?
No. It talks to prospects on website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and email, plus its own chat link and QR code. On the Scale plan, more channels are available on request: Messenger, Instagram Direct, SMS, Slack, Discord or your own app.
Where do these prices come from?
From each company's public pricing page, read on October 17, 2026, in US dollars before tax. We list the entry plan with monthly billing. If a price has changed, write to contact@rexorgroup.com and we will update this page.
Can I switch later?
Yes. There is no commitment: you can cancel online at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
The fastest way to compare it is to talk to it.
Ask it what you would ask a salesperson.
No sign-up, no email needed. It's an AI, and it says so.
