Privacy Policy

This policy explains how REXOR GROUP LLC ("Rexor", "we") handles personal information when you visit rexorcloser.com, talk to our demo, become a customer or receive a message from us.

1. Two different roles

• When we act for our customers. When you talk to a closer that a business runs with Rexor Closer, that business decides how your information is used; we process it on its behalf under our Data Processing Addendum. Please read that business's privacy notice, and contact it to exercise your rights.
• When we act for ourselves. This policy covers the information we decide to use for our own business: our website, our demo, our customers' account details and our own outreach.

2. What we collect

• Demo conversations on our website: the messages you type and the time they were sent.
• Customer details: name, business name, email, billing country and tax number, and your subscription history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
• Business contact details for outreach: the professional email address that a business has published on its own website, with the page where we found it and the date, and the content of our messages to it.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To answer you, run our demo, and provide and bill the service.
• To contact businesses about our service, with a one-click unsubscribe in every message, honoured immediately.
• To keep the service secure and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use conversations to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, under contract: website hosting and network (Cloudflare), servers (DigitalOcean), AI model routing and inference (OpenRouter, DeepInfra, Parasail, with data retention by the model provider turned off where the option exists), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and Telegram for the Telegram channel. Fonts on our website are loaded from Google Fonts. The current list is available on request at contact@rexorgroup.com.

5. Where it is processed

Our providers process data mainly in the United States. Our team operates the service remotely, including from the Philippines.

6. How long we keep it

• Demo conversations: 12 months.
• Customer conversations: 12 months by default, or the period the customer chooses, then deleted.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
• Unsubscribe requests: we keep the address on a do-not-contact list so that we never write to it again.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@rexorgroup.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in Australia, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission.

8. Children

Our website and demo are not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, restricted access, logs and limited retention. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority when the law requires it.
