Will my prospects know it's an AI?

Yes. It says so once, in one short line at the start, and confirms it whenever someone asks. It never claims to be human. After that, it simply holds a good conversation.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It never makes things up. It says it doesn't have that information and offers to bring in a person from your team, who gets the full transcript.

Does it really get better over time?

Yes, and you stay in control. Every week it lists the questions it couldn't answer and drafts the answers from your facts. You approve, edit or reject each one. Approved answers join its knowledge, and it is tested again before the update goes live. On Growth, we also rework its objection handling every month on the deals it lost. It never learns anything you haven't approved.

Can it answer my prospects on WhatsApp?

Yes, on your own WhatsApp Business number, in your name. You open the account with Meta (we guide you, about an hour) and Meta bills you its own fees directly. Replies to people who write to you first are free up to 1,000 a month per number, then usually less than 2 cents each depending on the country. Meta decides who can use WhatsApp: adult and dating businesses are excluded, and promotional follow-ups to US numbers are not delivered.

Does it work with my website?

It works on any website that lets you add one line of code: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer or a custom site. Some builders only allow added code on their paid plans. No website? Your closer also has its own chat page, with a link and a QR code you can share anywhere.

Do I need technical skills?

How fast does it go live?
