Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every customer of Rexor Closer and is part of our Terms of Service. It exists to protect your prospects, your business and ours.

Always required

• Your closer always discloses that it is an AI. It must never claim to be a human.
• Your knowledge sheet contains only true, current information that you are allowed to share.
• Your closer replies to people who contacted you. You must not use it to send unsolicited messages.
• You respect the rules of the laws and platforms that apply to your business and to the channels used.

Not allowed

• Anything involving minors in a sexual context, in any form. Conversations are stopped immediately and, where required, reported.
• Illegal products, services or content in your country or in the country of the person you are talking to.
• Intimate content of a real person without their consent, sexual deepfakes, or impersonation of a real person.
• Fraud, deceptive claims, fake reviews, invented scarcity or guaranteed results you cannot prove.
• Personalised medical, legal, financial or immigration advice, unless you are licensed to give it and your knowledge sheet limits the closer to general information and a handover to a qualified person.
• Collecting card numbers, passwords or identity documents in the chat. Payments only go through your secure payment link.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or content that promotes violence.
• Attempts to misuse, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the safety controls of the service.

Businesses with adult content

Businesses that legally offer adult content to adults can use Rexor Closer on a custom quote, under these additional conditions:

• everything you offer is legal where you operate and where your audience is located;
• every person appearing in or referred to by your content is 18 or older, and you hold the records the law requires;
• you comply with the rules of the platform where your content is sold, and you are responsible for age verification of your audience;
• your closer still discloses that it is an AI, and it stops a conversation as soon as there is any sign that the other person may be a minor;
• no content about real people without their consent, and nothing that involves minors, violence without consent, or anything illegal.

What happens if this policy is breached

We will tell you what is wrong and give you 7 days to fix it. We act immediately, and only as far as necessary, when content is illegal, involves a minor or creates a serious risk, as described in our Terms of Service. Report a concern to contact@rexorgroup.com.
