AI Disclosure

Your closer is an AI, and says so
Every Rexor closer introduces itself as the AI assistant of the business it works for, in its first message, and confirms it whenever someone asks. It never claims to be a person.
How replies are checked
Each reply is written by an AI model, then checked by automatic controls (for example: no price or link that the business did not approve, no card numbers, correct language) and by a second AI reviewer, before it is sent. A reply that fails is rewritten once or replaced by a pre-approved message, and a person from the business can take over.
What it can and cannot do
- It only states facts the business has approved. When it does not know, it says so and offers a person.
- It can make mistakes. The business reviews a weekly report of its conversations.
- It never asks for card numbers or passwords. Payments go through the business's own secure link.
Talking to a person
Ask the closer to speak to a person at any time: the business is alerted with the conversation.
