Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the Rexor Closer Partner Program ("partner", "you").

1. Commission

• 40% of the monthly plan fees actually paid by each customer you refer, for as long as that customer's subscription remains active and you remain a partner in good standing.
• 0% on setup fees, overage and taxes.
• A customer counts as referred when they subscribe through your partner link within 60 days of their first click on it, or with your partner code. The last partner link or code used before the purchase wins.

2. Payment

• Commissions are calculated on payments we have actually received, and become payable 30 days after we receive them.
• We pay monthly once your balance reaches $50. You provide the payout and tax information we need (for example a W-9 or W-8 form).
• If a payment is refunded or disputed, the related commission is cancelled or deducted from your next payout.

3. How you may promote Rexor Closer

• Disclose your relationship with us clearly in every recommendation (for example "affiliate link" or "#ad"), as required by the US Federal Trade Commission and by Australian consumer law.
• Use only accurate information. No promises of income or results, no invented scarcity.
• No spam: email only people in compliance with anti-spam laws, and send no automated private messages on platforms that forbid them.
• No paid search ads on the names "Rexor" or "Rexor Closer", no lookalike domains, and no referring yourself or your own business.

4. Ending the partnership

You can leave at any time. We can end your participation with 30 days' notice, or after notice and 7 days to fix it if you breach these terms. In case of fraud, commissions related to the fraud are not paid. Commissions you earned legitimately before the end remain payable.

5. General

You act as an independent contractor, not as our employee or agent. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice. Questions: contact@rexorgroup.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
