- Bots are labeled.Telegram shows a “bot” label in the chat, and your closer also says it is an AI in its welcome message.
- Payment links for physical goods and services.Telegram lets bots take payment through your own payment provider for physical goods and services. - Your token stays yours.Anyone who has your bot's token controls the bot, so keep it private. If it ever leaks, BotFather's /token command gives you a new one.

Do I need technical skills?
No. You create the bot with BotFather, inside Telegram, and paste its token on your setup page. We do the rest.
Can it message my customers first?
No. Telegram doesn't let bots start conversations, and your closer only answers people who wrote to you. It follows up once, 24 hours later, in a conversation the customer started.
Does it work in Telegram groups?
No. It answers private chats with your bot, one customer at a time.
Can it read voice messages or photos customers send?
It answers written messages. It sends your own photos, videos and voice notes, but it doesn't listen to voice messages.
