REXOR CLOSER Talk to the closer

What Rexor Closer does, message by message

It talks with your customers, shows them what they're buying, handles their doubts, takes them to payment and stays for the after-sales. Each part of the job is shown below the way your customers would see it, with fictional businesses.

It holds a real conversation

It asks before it pitches, follows how each person writes, and treats “I need to think about it” as a question to explore rather than a goodbye. Here is a full exchange with Northline, a coaching business, late on a Sunday. The notes say what the closer is doing at each step.

WhatsApp · Example with a fictional business. The behavior is the one your closer gets.

It shows the product, from your own catalog

At setup you send us your files: product photos, design renders, videos, before-and-afters. Each one gets a short description that you approve, so your closer knows what the file shows and when it helps.

When a Blue Mesa Pools customer asks what the Lagoon would look like with a spa, the closer sends the render. It only ever sends files you provided, and it never edits them.

It sends voice notes you recorded once

Record a few short voice notes: a welcome, the story of your business, the answer to the question everyone asks. You tell us when each one should be used, and your closer sends it at that moment.

Your customers hear you. The closer never imitates a voice and never generates one: it only sends recordings you made.

9:28 PM

Hi, I'm Northline's AI sales agent. I can tell you about the 12-week program, the price and the next group. What are you working on at the moment?

9:28 PM

I run a small design agency, 3 people. Who's actually behind this?

9:30 PM

Sam, the founder. He ran an agency for 9 years before starting Northline. He recorded this for you:

Ok, that's exactly my situation. How do I join?

It takes them to payment and confirms it

When the customer is ready, your closer sends your own checkout link. Stripe tells it when the payment goes through, and only then does it send the confirmation. If someone says “I paid” before that, it tells them the payment hasn't shown up yet.

Is the Arlo available in natural oak?

Hi, I'm Kova's AI sales agent. Yes, the Arlo comes in natural and smoked oak, and both are in stock. Delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 business days.

Great, I'll take the natural one

It stays with the customer after the sale

Once the payment is confirmed, your closer stops selling and switches to service: order questions, delivery, how-to questions, small changes. It answers from the after-sales facts you gave it.

Refunds, complaints and anything outside your rules go to your team with the full conversation. The customer is told someone will get back to them.

Your team takes over when it should

Your closer does the selling, so it doesn't pass customers on because a question is hard. When someone insists on talking to a person, or has a complaint, a refund request or a question about an existing order, it takes their contact, tells them your team will get back to them, and sends you the conversation.

On Growth and Scale, you also get an alert when a customer is ready to buy, so you can follow the sale or step in.

It follows up once, then lets go

On Growth, when a customer goes quiet after your closer's last message, it sends one follow-up 24 hours later, written and checked like any other reply. One only, and never after a clear no.

Follow-ups go out on Telegram and by email.

It answers in the customer's language

Your closer replies in the language each customer writes in, with the same facts and the same rules. Your facts can stay in English.

In English: “Hi, do you ship to Miami?” “Hi! I'm Kova's AI sales agent. Yes, we ship across the US and delivery is free. Which table are you interested in?” “The Arlo in natural oak.” “Good choice. It's in stock and arrives in 5 to 7 business days. Shall I send you the payment link?”

It gets better every week, with your approval

Every Monday you get a report: conversations, replies used, payment links sent, payments confirmed, handovers. It also lists the questions your closer couldn't answer, each with a suggested answer written from your facts.

You approve, edit or reject each one on a private page. Approved answers are tested, then added to what it knows. On Growth and Scale, we also rework its answers to objections every month, based on the sales it lost.

  1. DAY 1

    It knows your offer

Your website, prices, rules and tone. Every fact confirmed by you before it talks to anyone.

  2. DAY 15

    It knows your customers' questions

The ones it couldn't answer came back on Mondays. One approval each, and it knows them for good.

  3. DAY 80

It knows what makes them buy

Hundreds of your real conversations later, it answers the questions your customers actually ask. On Growth, its objection handling is also reworked every month.

It never learns anything you haven't approved, and your conversations never train a shared AI model.

It sounds like a person and says it's an AI

Every reply goes through automatic checks and a second AI reviewer before it's sent. A reply that fails is rewritten or held back. Five things your closer never does:

Our AI disclosure policy

  • Claim to be a person. It says it is an AI, and says it again whenever someone asks.
  • Invent a price, a discount or a promise. If it's not in the facts you approved, it doesn't say it.
  • Take card details in the chat.It only sends your secure checkout link.
  • Ignore a customer who insists on a person.Your team is alerted, with the conversation and their contact.
  • Keep pushing after a clear no.It thanks the customer and stops.
